I am Dr. David S. Ficco , an experienced chiropractor, naturopath, and medical doctor with over 30 years of expertise in holistic health and non-surgical pain management. As the founder of Atlanta Alternative Medicine in Lawrenceville, GA, I integrate chiropractic care with advanced therapies like laser medicine and physical therapy to help my patients recover and maintain optimal health. I am dedicated to providing personalized care that addresses the root causes of health concerns, rather than simply treating symptoms.

I hold a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University (1986) and a diploma in Physio-Therapeutics from the National College of Chiropractic. I also received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from USAT School of Medicine (2005) and my Medical Doctorate in 2011. My extensive training and clinical experience allow me to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and health issues, from chronic pain and injuries to stress-related conditions. I specialize in non-surgical treatments for conditions such as neck and back pain, disc issues, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Throughout my career, I have emphasized the importance of a holistic approach to health. I am deeply committed to helping my patients achieve long-term wellness by addressing lifestyle, nutritional factors, and stress, alongside effective physical treatments. My patient-centered care focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that ensure the best outcomes for each individual.

I am also committed to giving back to the community. I have been actively involved as a youth soccer and football coach for Gwinnett County, and I served on the Recreation Authority as a district commissioner. My professional affiliations include the American Chiropractic Association and the American College of Chiropractic Orthopedists, reflecting my commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in chiropractic and holistic medicine.
